The Knit with Friends Series

In 2026, we’re creating three special releases for knitters who love beautiful yarn, thoughtful details, and the fun of opening a collection where every piece feels like it belongs together.

Each has its own original artwork, project bag, hand dyed yarn, stitch markers, and story. Collections are produced in small batches, with every kit individually numbered and accompanied by its own Field Notes.

Look closely at the bag and you’ll also find a Knit with Friends symbol tucked into the design. Think of it as our little signature, marking your bag as part of the 2026 collection.

Mythic Tide

Somewhere between the tide pools and the open sea, things get a little less ordinary.

Along the shore, an unlikely group of friends has gathered with yarn in hand while the Mythic Tide rolls in. A dragon, a fawn, a satyr, and even a yeti knit and crochet among deep ocean blues, sea glass greens, sandy neutrals, and treasures washed in with the tide.

Because when we say Knit with Friends, we mean everyone. There’s always room in the circle for one more.

Hand Dyed Yarn by Leading Men Fiber Arts

We turned to Leading Men Fiber Arts and found two perfect matches for Mythic Tide: Show Stealer in River Rocks for the Day-to-Day and the Show Stopper mini skein gradient in Seascape for the Equator.

Mythic Tide Stitch Marker Collection

A full coordinating set inspired by the characters and details found throughout the artwork, including a little nod to our crochet friends with a yeti happily crocheting her own square, yarn ball by her side.

Knit with Friends Field Notes

A printed keepsake from Mythic Tide to tuck away long after the knitting is finished.

• 80 percent superwash merino, 10 percent cashmere, 10 percent nylon

Stitch Markers

• Fits US needle sizes 3 to 6
• Iron coated rings with glass beads
• Rings in dragon green, ocean blue, and skein lavender carry the Mythic Tide palette through the set, with sea glass green, ocean blue, aqua, and sandy yellow beads adding little pops of color.
