Refund policy

We are happy to accept returns of items if contacted within 30 days of receipt of the package! You can contact us at adoreknit@comcast.net. Items must be return in original packaging, and full sets. Return shipping is covered by the buyer.  Custom items and items purchased through reserve listing are also not eligible for return.

The moment we receive the package back to us, we will let you know and process your refund!

We do recommend insuring all packages as we are not liable for lost returns.
Please include your order number in the package- if we can't find your order, we can't process your refund!

We do not accept returns of items if we aren't contacted first, to request the return. 

If you are interested in returning an item due to damage, or aren't happy with them for any other reason, please contact us! We want all of our customers to be thrilled with their orders, and we're happy to work with you to correct any issues.
