Ordering & Discounts
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
You can also find your tracking number by signing into your AdoreKnit account and viewing your order history.
Where do I enter a discount code?
You can enter your discount code during checkout.
- Add your favorite AdoreKnit goodies to your cart.
- Click the shopping bag icon to review your order.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter your code in the discount code field and click Apply.
Your order total will update to reflect any eligible discount.
Why isn't my discount code working?
There are a few reasons a discount code might not apply.
Only one discount or Rewards code can be used per order. For example, you can use a 20% discount or a free shipping code, but not both.
Some offers also have specific requirements, such as eligible products, minimum purchase amounts, or expiration dates.
If an item is already discounted more than your coupon offers, the additional discount won't apply. For example, a 20% discount code won't replace an existing 50% discount.

Can I combine AdoreKnit Rewards with another discount code?
AdoreKnit Rewards and promotional discount codes cannot be combined on the same order.
You can use one discount or Rewards code per order, so choose whichever offer you'd most like to use and save the other for another shopping day!
That way, you'll have another little treat waiting for your next AdoreKnit visit. 💕

How do I earn and use my AdoreKnit Rewards points?
Click the Rewards button in the lower right corner of any page on our website.
Sign in to see your points balance, discover ways to earn more points, and choose from your available rewards.
When you're ready, redeem your points for a discount code to use at checkout.
Remember, only one discount or Rewards code can be used per order, so choose your favorite offer and save the others for another shopping day!
How do AdoreKnit Rewards tiers work?
Our AdoreKnit Rewards program has different membership tiers based on your total spending.
As you shop with us, you can move into higher tiers and unlock additional perks and rewards. It's our way of saying thank you for being part of the AdoreKnit community!

Do my AdoreKnit Rewards points expire?
Nope! Your AdoreKnit Rewards points don't expire! 🎉
You can save them up for a bigger reward or redeem them whenever you're ready for a little treat. No countdowns, no pressure. Your points will be waiting for you!

How do AdoreKnit clubs work?
AdoreKnit clubs are themed collections of stitch markers or progress markers, designed to bring a little surprise and excitement to your knitting adventures!
Much like an Advent calendar, each club features individually packaged surprises to open one day at a time. Every day reveals a new marker, all tied together by the club's special theme.
Depending on the club, you may also have the option to add coordinating project bags, yarn, and other goodies to complete your experience.
Each club is a little different, so be sure to check the product listing for what's included, available options, and the anticipated shipping date.
The hardest part? Waiting until the next day to open another surprise! 💕
How do I choose the right project bag size?
Every knitting project deserves a bag that fits just right!
Our project bags come in a variety of sizes, from smallest to largest:
- Day-to-Day
- Equator & Voyager (same size, different handle and zipper styles)
- Carry-All
- Commuter & Everest (same size, different handle and zipper styles)

Are your stitch markers suitable for all types of knitting projects?
Writing
Absolutely! Our stitch markers are designed for all sorts of knitting adventures, from socks and shawls to sweaters and more.
We offer three stitch marker sizes to accommodate different knitting needles:
Sock: Fits US needle sizes up to 1
Medium: Fits US needle sizes 3 through 6
Large: Fits US needle sizes 5 through 8
Simply choose the marker size that works best with your needles, and you're ready to knit!
Can I use your stitch markers for crochet projects?
Yes! Our progress markers can be used for crochet projects, too!
Progress markers, also known as removable stitch markers, are a great choice for crochet because they can be attached directly to your stitches and easily removed when needed.
Our closed ring stitch markers are designed for knitting needles and aren't suitable for most crochet projects.
What does preorder mean?
A preorder lets you purchase an item before it's ready to ship, reserving yours ahead of its release.
Payment is collected when you place your order, but your item will ship at a later date. You'll find the anticipated shipping date in the product listing.
If your order contains both preorder and ready to ship items, your entire order will ship together once the preorder is ready.
Want your ready to ship goodies sooner? Simply place two separate orders, one for your preorder items and another for anything you'd like shipped right away!
