Jen’s watercolor artwork sets the tone for the entire collection.
Her original illustrations become the fabric for the bags, and from those same details, the characters for the coordinating progress markers take shape.  There are two coordinating progress marker sets available.

Each bag design carries its own personality.  From the gentle sweep of the Splash Pad Whale to the curious Tide Pool Turtle, the gliding Jelly Drift Twins, and the bright Coral Octopus tucked into the reef.

The result is a lineup that feels like summer in motion.  Months of preparation come together in a limited collection created especially for the Down Cellar Studio Splash Pad Party Knit-a-long

This is our 8th year as a Pro Shop Sponsor, and each year we look forward to it more than the last. It’s one of those events that brings people together in the best way. Easy projects, WIPs welcome, summer knitting, and a whole lot of shared momentum.

We’ve created three bag silhouettes so there’s a style to suit the way you knit.

Each bag is thoughtfully crafted with:

• Custom printed fabric featuring original artwork
• Different images on the front and back
• Fully lined interior
• Interfacing for soft structure and durability
• Comfortable tote straps designed not to twist or curl
• Signature AdoreKnit embroidery on tote bags
• Voyager bags include an interior pocket
• Equator bags feature a contrasting wrist strap

All bags are sewn in our New Hampshire studio with the care and attention that defines AdoreKnit.

Preorders will ship as soon as possible, but May 30 is the latest.

Handmade in our smoke-free studio, with plenty of help (and opinions) from Mum, these bags and markers are designed to bring joy to your knitting all season long.

Equator Bag is our medium sized bag, made to a minimum of 8" high, 12" wide at the zippered top, with a rectangular bottom of 8" by 4". It will fit three skein projects and works great for shawl, cowl, hats, and mitten projects. This bag features a decorative zipper pull and wrist strap as well as a white embroidered AdoreKnit. The Zipper Pull is removable and could double as a progress keeper in a pinch.

Carry All Tote Bag is slightly larger than our medium sized bag, made to a minimum of 7.5" high, 9" long by 4" wide. Square bottom and sturdy straps allow you to carry the bag without losing its shape. The straps and the interior of project bag are a rich solid red fabric. Exterior of the bag features 6 different size pockets, great for your phone or keys. It will easily fit a three skein projects and works great for shawl, cowl, hats, and mitten projects. Or load up several projects and carry them all in this adorable mid-sized tote.

Voyager Tote Bag is the perfect in-between size—bigger than our Equator bag but not as large as the Commuter or Everest. Made to a minimum of 10" high and 12.5" wide at the top, with a 10" x 4" rectangular bottom, it's a roomy, open-mouthed bag (no zipper) that keeps its shape beautifully.  Short wrist/hand straps for a classic, versatile look.  Spacious enough for a 3–4 skein project, this tote is ideal for sweaters, larger shawls, or baby blankets. Or make it your “bag of bags" and gather up all your smaller project bags in one stylish place.

Commuter Tote Bag is our largest sized bag, made to a minimum of 12" high, 16" wide at the top, with a rectangular bottom of 12" by 4". This bag is an open-mouthed bag, it does not have a zipper. Sturdy straps allow you to carry the bag without losing its shape. The bag will comfortably fit six or even eight skein projects and is ideal for sweaters, larger shawl projects, and even blankets. Or throw all your other project bags in this one.

Fabric placement may vary slightly from bag to bag. If you need to wash your bag, please wash in cold water and air dry.
