Love Across the Centuries Project Bag

The Love Across the Centuries Project Bag was part of our 2024 Love Story Marker Club, inspired by a romance that defies time. The canvas fabric features a softly marbled texture that lives somewhere between grey and teal, a beautifully moody colorway that is even more charming in person than it is on camera.

This zippered project bag is perfect for knitters and crocheters. Fully lined and interfaced, it is designed to keep your projects and needles secure while holding its shape, because we love a bag that stands up to everyday use. This design is available in an extra-tall-Equator size. All bags are sewn in our home studio in New Hampshire.

The bag features a contrasting bottom and matching wrist strap, finished with an embroidered AdoreKnit logo. A Scottish thistle zipper pull adds a meaningful finishing touch. It is removable and can double as a progress keeper when needed. Inside, all project bags are lined with a delicate rose vine fabric for a cheerful pop of color.

Notions Pouch is made to a minimum of 5” high and 5” wide at the zippered top.  The fabrics match those used in the project bags.  It is an envelope type pouch.  It will comfortably fit darning needle case, measuring tape, stitch marker container and few other essentials.  

Day-To Day Bag is made to a minimum of 8” high, 10” wide at the zippered top, with a rectangular bottom of 6” by 4”. It will fit two skein projects and works great for socks or small shawl projects.

Basket Bag is slightly shorter than our medium sized bag, made to a minimum of 5” high, 8" long by 4" wide. Square bottom and a short strap allow you to carry the bag without losing its shape. The bag will easily fit a two-skein project and works great for a pair of socks, cowl, or hat project.  Drape the bag over either arm for walking and knitting in style.

Equator Bag is our medium sized bag, made to a minimum of  7.5” high, 12” wide at the zippered top, with a rectangular bottom of 8” by 4”. It will fit three skein projects and works great for shawl, cowl, hats, and mitten projects. This bag features a decorative zipper pull and wrist strap as well as a white embroidered AdoreKnit. The Zipper Pull is removable and could double as a progress keeper in a pinch. 

Big-Foot Bag is made to a minimum of 8” high, 16” wide at the zippered top, with a rectangular bottom of 12” by 4”. Will comfortably fit three skein projects and is ideal for small sweater and larger shawl projects.

Carry All Tote Bag is slightly larger than our medium sized bag, made to a minimum of 8” high, 9" long by 4" wide.  Square bottom and sturdy straps allow you to carry the bag without losing its shape.  The straps and the interior of project bag are a rich solid red fabric.   Exterior of the bag features 6 different size pockets, great for your phone or keys.  It will easily fit a three skein projects and works great for shawl, cowl, hats, and mitten projects.  Or load up several projects and carry them all in this adorable mid-sized tote.

Everest Bag is our largest sized bag, made to a minimum of 13” high, 16” wide at the zippered top, with a rectangular bottom of 12” by 4”. The bag will comfortably fit six or even eight skein projects and is ideal for sweaters, larger shawl projects, and even blankets.

Commuter Tote Bag is our largest sized bag, made to a minimum of 12” high, 16” wide at the top, with a rectangular bottom of 12” by 4”. This bag is an open-mouthed bag, it does not have a zipper.  Sturdy straps allow you to carry the bag without losing its shape.  The bag will comfortably fit six or even eight skein projects and is ideal for sweaters, larger shawl projects, and even blankets.  Or throw all your other project bags in this one. 

Fabric placement may vary slightly from bag to bag. If you need to wash your bag, please wash in cold water and air dry.
