Created for the Splash Pad Party Knit-a-Long

The bags available for this year's event were designed exclusively for AdoreKnit, with custom fabric and careful craftsmanship that takes months of preparation. We had most of them done when last year’s event was canceled. Rather than discard the bags we had already put so much time and care into, we chose to hold onto them.

Now it’s 2025, and we’re back to the Splash Pad Party Knit-A-Long! The bags still say 2024, but they represent the same quality, intention, and AdoreKnit spirit as always.  We hope you’ll understand and love them enough to snag one for yourself!

This summer, AdoreKnit invites you to step into a world of cozy color and garden whimsy with our 2025 Exclusive Splash Pad Party Cottage Blooms Collection — a limited-edition lineup designed especially for the joyful Down Cellar Studio Summer Knit-a-Long!

This year’s collection features our both Day-to-Day and Equator sized project bags, along with a limited run of Carry All bags — thoughtfully designed with extra pockets and comfortable shoulder straps for crafting on the go. These bags were designed by Steph and inspired by leisurely garden strolls and yarn-filled afternoons, the exclusive fabric is a celebration of summer charm, adorned with vivid blooms, cozy cottages, and whimsical mushrooms to bring a touch of magic to every project. 

Carry All Tote Bag

Our Carry All Tote Bag is slightly larger than our medium-sized bag, measuring a minimum of 8" high, 9" long, and 4" wide. Its structured square bottom and sturdy straps allow you to carry the bag comfortably without losing its shape. The straps and interior are made from a rich, solid aqua fabric that adds a bold pop of color.

The exterior features six differently sized pockets, perfect for holding your phone, keys, or other small essentials. Inside, the bag easily accommodates a three-skein project and works beautifully for shawls, cowls, hats, or mitten projects. Or load it up with multiple smaller WIPs and take them all with you in this charming and practical tote.

Each bag is thoughtfully crafted with:

• Heavyweight cotton twill fabric for durability and structure
• Light yet supportive interfacing to maintain shape while remaining flexible
• A embroidered AdoreKnit logo on the inside of the bag
• A bright aqua interior lining that ties the whole look together

Each bag proudly features the AdoreKnit logo and a commemorative “Splash Pad Party 2024” detail — placement may vary from bag to bag. We considered adding “–2025” with a Sharpie, but decided to leave that fun little update up to you.

  💗 Giving Back in Honor of Diane Lassonde

  Starting this year, 10% of all sales from Down Cellar Studio Knit-a-Longs will be donated to the FearLESS Living Fund, in honor of Diane Lassonde.

  The FearLESS Living Fund, founded in 2022 by the family and friends of Diane Lassonde, supports members of The Blind Center of Nevada who have taken initiative to make The Blind Center a better place while improving their own lives.  Diane had a generosity of spirit that touched everyone she met. She loved this community, and we loved her in return. Wherever she went, she brought joy and warmth, and we’re honored to give back in her name, continuing the kindness she so freely shared with us all.

Notions Pouch
This handy pouch measures a minimum of 5" high and 5" wide at the zippered top. Made from the same fabric as the project bags, this envelope-style pouch is perfect for keeping small essentials like a darning needle case, measuring tape, stitch marker container, and more.

Day-to-Day Bag
The Day-to-Day Bag is a minimum of 8" high and 10" wide at the zippered top, with a rectangular bottom measuring 6" by 4". It comfortably fits two skeins and is ideal for small projects like socks or shawls.

Basket Bag
The Basket Bag is slightly shorter than our medium-sized bag, with dimensions of 5" high, 8" long, and 4" wide. Its square bottom and short strap allow it to retain its shape while being portable. This bag fits two skeins comfortably and is perfect for small projects like socks, cowls, or hats. Carry it with style by draping it over your arm for easy knitting on the go.

Equator Bag
The Equator Bag is our medium-sized bag, measuring 8" high by 12" wide at the zippered top, with a rectangular bottom of 8" by 4". It comfortably fits three skeins and is great for projects like shawls, cowls, hats, or mittens. The bag features a decorative zipper pull, a wrist strap, and a white embroidered AdoreKnit logo. The zipper pull is removable and can double as a progress keeper.

Big-Foot Bag
The Big-Foot Bag is made to a minimum of 8" high, 16" wide at the zippered top, with a rectangular bottom of 12" by 4". It comfortably fits three skeins, making it perfect for larger projects such as small sweaters, shawls, or blankets.

Carry All Tote Bag
The Carry All Tote Bag is slightly larger than our medium-sized bags, measuring 8" high, 9" long, and 4" wide. The sturdy straps and square bottom ensure it keeps its shape while you’re on the move. The rich red interior and exterior pockets (six different sizes) make it practical and stylish. It fits three skeins comfortably and works great for shawls, cowls, hats, and mittens. You can also carry multiple smaller projects in this versatile mid-sized tote.

Everest Bag
The Everest Bag is our largest bag, made to a minimum of 13" high and 16" wide at the zippered top, with a rectangular bottom of 12" by 4". This spacious bag comfortably fits six to eight skeins and is ideal for large projects such as sweaters, shawls, or even blankets.

Commuter Tote Bag
The Commuter Tote Bag is our largest open-top bag, measuring 12" high by 16" wide at the top, with a rectangular bottom of 12" by 4". With sturdy straps and a spacious interior, it easily holds six to eight skeins and is perfect for large projects like sweaters or blankets. You can even load it up with multiple smaller project bags!

Note: Fabric placement may vary slightly from bag to bag. To care for your bag, please wash it in cold water and air dry.
