The AdoreKnit 2024 Exclusive Pigskin Party Project Bag!   

All AdoreKnit bags feature our signature embroidery, but this year we skipped the embroidery machine and went straight to fabric printing. We selected some of our favorite fall designs from Bontik Vintage Designs, added our AdoreKnit logo and a Pigskin Party 2024 stamp, and sent them off to the fabric printers. We were thrilled with the results of the twill fabric!

We then chose our top three designs and created custom progress markers to match the fabric.  We turned those into exclusive stitch marker or progress marker sets!

This year the AdoreKnit Exclusive collection boasts Pigskin Party Project bags in your choice of zipper color (black, purple, teal), as well as two progress and stitch marker options, and a set of progress marker. We couldn’t be happier with where we ended up for this year’s Pigskin Party Exclusive items.  

We’ve designed two distinct stitch marker sets to coordinate with our bags. The Orange Leaf marker set, intended for larger projects, features satin beads in orange, violet, and teal. The Mushroom marker set, ideal for medium projects, includes satin beads in shades of copper, teal, champagne, orange, and violet, complemented by dusty cream-colored beads.

Finally, our exclusive progress marker set is centered around a charming pumpkin design. This set includes a long-stemmed pumpkin, a falling leaf, a yellow cup of coffee, a pumpkin-themed marker, and an adorable fox frolicking among the flowers.

This bag comes in a little taller than our traditional Equator size bags, about 2".  

This bag features one of a kind fabric on the exterior.  The wrist strap is a contrasting tonal orange.  The decorative zipper pull is an orange fall leaf. The Zipper Pull is removable and could double as a progress keeper in a pinch. The interior of all project bags is a cream colored and looks like steam off a hot cup of coffee.    All bags were sewn in our home studio in New Hampshire. The bag is made from:
Exterior is: 100% high quality cotton denim
Interfacing is: light yet supportive
Interior is: 100% cotton fabric
Zipper: choice of purple or teal

Notions Pouch is made to a minimum of 5” high and 5” wide at the zippered top.  The fabrics match those used in the project bags.  It is an envelope type pouch.  It will comfortably fit darning needle case, measuring tape, stitch marker container and few other essentials.  

Day-To Day Bag is made to a minimum of 8” high, 10” wide at the zippered top, with a rectangular bottom of 6” by 4”. It will fit two skein projects and works great for socks or small shawl projects.

Basket Bag is slightly shorter than our medium sized bag, made to a minimum of 5” high, 8" long by 4" wide. Square bottom and a short strap allow you to carry the bag without losing its shape. The bag will easily fit a two-skein project and works great for a pair of socks, cowl, or hat project.  Drape the bag over either arm for walking and knitting in style.

Equator Bag is our medium sized bag, made to a minimum of 8” high, 12” wide at the zippered top, with a rectangular bottom of 8” by 4”. It will fit three skein projects and works great for shawl, cowl, hats, and mitten projects. This bag features a decorative zipper pull and wrist strap as well as a white embroidered AdoreKnit. The Zipper Pull is removable and could double as a progress keeper in a pinch. 

Big-Foot Bag is made to a minimum of 8” high, 16” wide at the zippered top, with a rectangular bottom of 12” by 4”. Will comfortably fit three skein projects and is ideal for small sweater and larger shawl projects.

Carry All Tote Bag is slightly larger than our medium sized bag, made to a minimum of 8” high, 9" long by 4" wide.  Square bottom and sturdy straps allow you to carry the bag without losing its shape.  The straps and the interior of project bag are a rich solid red fabric.   Exterior of the bag features 6 different size pockets, great for your phone or keys.  It will easily fit a three skein projects and works great for shawl, cowl, hats, and mitten projects.  Or load up several projects and carry them all in this adorable mid-sized tote.

Everest Bag is our largest sized bag, made to a minimum of 13” high, 16” wide at the zippered top, with a rectangular bottom of 12” by 4”. The bag will comfortably fit six or even eight skein projects and is ideal for sweaters, larger shawl projects, and even blankets.

Commuter Tote Bag is our largest sized bag, made to a minimum of 12” high, 16” wide at the top, with a rectangular bottom of 12” by 4”. This bag is an open-mouthed bag, it does not have a zipper.  Sturdy straps allow you to carry the bag without losing its shape.  The bag will comfortably fit six or even eight skein projects and is ideal for sweaters, larger shawl projects, and even blankets.  Or throw all your other project bags in this one. 

Fabric placement may vary slightly from bag to bag. If you need to wash your bag, please wash in cold water and air dry.
